Interlock System

The working principle of Shanghai Jiehao's interlock system is through the cooperation of software and hardware to control the opening state of the doors. For example, when one door is opened, the other door is locked to prevent them from being opened simultaneously, which prevents external contaminants from entering the clean area. The interlock system can be a two-door interlock, a three-door interlock, or an interlock of more doors. Jiehao's interlock does not use integrated circuits but instead employs a programmable PLC system designed according to actual application needs.

Capable of directly sending the real-time values of controller variables to the cloud for convenient mobile browsing and big data storage, and has the function of directly sending WeChat for parameter alarms, ensuring real-time monitoring and rapid response.

6. Standard Communication Protocol:

Provides the standard MODBUS TCP communication protocol for easy integration with third-party industrial touch screens and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, enhancing the system's compatibility and integrability.
