The high-efficiency exhaust vent is the purification exhaust unit of the ventilation system of the biological laboratory or negative pressure isolation ward. It consists of a box body, an exhaust cover plate, a maintenance cover plate, a high-efficiency filter, a manual scanning device, a dust generation/disinfection/sampling cover, a differential pressure gauge and a flange. Its function is to achieve efficient filtration of indoor air containing pathogenic microorganisms, through the flange and duct connection to the indoor air discharge outdoor, to ensure indoor negative pressure ventilation. The box is installed on the side wall of the room (top exhaust).

Adjustable biosafety HEPA air outlet

The high-efficiency air vent is set with manual scanning device and disinfection interface, which can scan the high-efficiency filter in situ to pick up leakage and disinfect and sterilise it in situ. The efficiency of the matching high-efficiency filter reaches H14, and the box is made of stainless steel plate SUS304 with full welding treatment and brushed surface, beautiful and corrosion-resistant.

Filter in-situ scanning leak detection

The manual or electric scanning section is configured to conduct in-situ scanning leak detection test on the filter in the exhaust port, which does not need to be moved and disassembled, the operation is simple and the accuracy is higher. Equipped with a differential pressure gauge to monitor the differential pressure before and after the filter;

 

In situ disinfection

disinfection cover is used in conjunction with the disinfection port in the centralized interface box to disinfect the inside of the high-efficiency air outlet in situ, which is convenient to operate and safer;

 

Centralized interface box

are installed in the centralized interface box to ensure the air tightness and ease of operation of the box, including scanning handle, dust outlet/test outlet, disinfection outlet, etc.

High efficiency filter

The filter material of the high-efficiency filter is easy to break and damage, it is not allowed to fall or collide with the filter during handling, unpacking and installation. It is strictly forbidden for the operator to touch the filter material with fingers or other objects.

● Before the installation of the filter, the box body should be cleaned and pre-blown to avoid dust pollution of the filter and reduce the service life.

● Rotate the pressing block until the long side is parallel to the corresponding frame, as shown in the right figure, and center the filter into the dotted line position in the figure (the sealing gasket faces the side of the box body and contacts the box body).

● Rotate the pressing block until the long side is perpendicular to the corresponding frame, and tighten the surrounding pressing blocks respectively, as shown in the right figure.

● Check whether the torque of each pressing block nut is close. If there is obvious tightness, adjust it to avoid leakage of filter frame.

After installation
