Chemical shower parameter table

The chemical shower system is specifically designed for positive-pressure protective suit biosafety laboratories (ABSL-3, BSL-4), used for cleaning and disinfecting the surface of positive-pressure protective suits. This system is typically arranged between the contaminated area and the semi-contaminated area, ensuring that personnel can effectively remove potential contamination when leaving the high-contamination environment.

 

Equipment Composition

1. Integrated Chemical Shower Chamber: Includes a stainless steel enclosed cabin, interlocking hermetic doors, a chemical dosing system, a spray system, a control system, a ventilation system, a drainage system, and a life support system. In addition, it includes components such as external panels, internal panels, single-fluid nozzles, showerheads, collection trays, washable hermetic doors, ventilation interfaces, BIBO, and LED waterproof lights.

 

2. Automatic Chemical Dosing System: This system includes a storage tank for concentrated disinfectant, capable of automatically preparing disinfectants according to the set concentration. Its advantage lies in reducing the workload of manual preparation, improving the accuracy of preparation, and automatically recording the preparation time of disinfectants to ensure their effectiveness.

 

3. Intelligent PLC Control Device: Equipped with two intelligent PLC control devices, one for the automatic dosing system and the other for the automatic shower system, ensuring the efficient operation of the chemical shower system.


 

Spray system

The nozzle is set on the top and side of the device, which can cover the entire shower room without dead ends.

Chemical dosing

 It can select the appropriate disinfectant and concentration according to different pollution levels and occasions.

Double seal

  • Door page adopts a double-channel inflatable seal design to provide double protection.
