Laminar flow transfer vehicle

Laminar flow transfer cars is to protect the storage of sterile materials after sterilization in an autoclave. The aseptic product filling line is equipped with a laminar flow transfer truck. The mobile laminar flow transfer vehicle transports sterile materials through a Class B or Class D environment, always keeping Class A products in the laminar flow transfer vehicle. Restricted Access Barrier Systems (RABS) are used to protect operators from external contamination when handling sterile components.

  • Air is drawn from the surrounding area and blown into the HEPA filter by an axial or centrifugal fan. All fans are variable frequency fans and can be adjusted to produce a complete laminar flow model. Each HEPA filter box is directly connected to the air handling unit; it is installed above the laminar flow transfer truck for easy removal and replacement.
