Automatic dispensing means that the chemical dosing system is equipped with a disinfectant stock solution storage tank to store high-concentration commercial disinfectant stock solution. The system automatically configures disinfectant with specified concentration by means of pump, valve and sensor according to the concentration setting. The advantages of this method are obvious. Take peroxyacetic acid disinfectant as an example, the concentration of commercial peroxyacetic acid is usually 20%. If the concentration of disinfectant actually used is 0.2, then 1000 liters of disinfectant can be configured for every 10 liters of commercial peroxyacetic acid, which can greatly reduce the workload, maintenance difficulty, and the configuration accuracy and cost of disinfectant of chemical shower vascular personnel are higher than manual methods. And the system can automatically record the time of the disinfectant configuration. For disinfectants with "validity period" requirements, the system can give clear warning information when "about to expire" and "expired", so as to ensure the "effectiveness" of the disinfection link ".

A standard automatic chemical dosing system usually includes a stock tank, a liquid tank and an emergency chemical shower tank. In particular, it should be noted that the emergency chemical shower tank and the liquid distribution tank are used. In order to avoid the failure of the configured chemical disinfection agent due to long-term storage, the chemical agent in the emergency chemical shower tank must be discharged regularly, and this process will lead to waste. Therefore, the liquid distribution tank of the automatic liquid chemical dosing system and the emergency chemical shower tank provided by us have the same structure and configuration, and can be used as standby for each other, while ensuring the reliability of emergency shower, the system automatically manages the dispensing, use and validity of the two tanks to ensure the "freshness" of the chemical disinfectant ".
