(hereinafter referred to as "JieHao Bio"), as a professional contractor in the field of biosafety, has joined hands with Xi'an Yangling Jinhai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinhai Bio") and the general contractor, China Electronics Second Engineering Company Limited, to jointly build a high-level biosafety laboratory that meets P3 standards. This project not only signifies JieHao Bio's technical strength in the field of biosafety but also demonstrates its strict adherence to biosafety standards and its high standards for research environments.
Key Role of JieHao Bio in the Construction of P3 Laboratories
>> Providing Advanced Biosafety Equipment
JieHao Bio has provided key biosafety equipment for Jinhai Bio's P3 laboratory, including biosafety inflatable doors and biosafety transfer windows. These devices incorporate advanced technology and design, offering additional safety for the laboratory.
Biosafety inflatable doors are crucial equipment in laboratories to prevent the leakage of pathogens. The biosafety inflatable doors provided by JieHao Bio utilize advanced inflatable sealing technology, creating an airtight barrier around the door to effectively prevent the spread of pathogens. Moreover, the design of the inflatable doors also takes into account the convenience and durability of operation, ensuring the work efficiency and safety of laboratory personnel. In this project, Shanghai JieHao Bio provided a total of 96 sets of biosafety airtight doors, which were seamlessly integrated with 50 colored steel wall panels, 100 colored steel wall panels, and concrete walls.
Biosafety pass box serve as a secure passage for transferring items between the interior and exterior environments of a laboratory. The biosafety pass box provided by JieHao Bio feature a double-door interlocking system, ensuring that the inner and outer doors cannot be opened simultaneously during the transfer of items, thereby eliminating the risk of cross-contamination. The design of the transfer hatch also takes into account the size and weight of the items to meet the needs of different laboratories. In this project, JieHao provided ultraviolet light biosafety transfer windows, fan filter unit biosafety transfer windows, and spray disinfection biosafety transfer windows, all of which can be linked with a VHP generator to achieve hydrogen peroxide disinfection within the chamber. Additionally, the contactless switch panelindigenous innovation by JieHao is used, enabling contactless door operation.
