Ensure that the equipment provided by the buyer has good performance and meets the technical specifications of the user. The equipment is guaranteed for one year free of charge from the date of acceptance by the buyer. The supplier is responsible for the installation of internal pipeline connection and control line of the equipment on the demander, and the demander is responsible for the site location of the equipment and the connection of public pipelines.

● Conduct pre-delivery training in the supplier's factory and on-site production operation training on the demand side.

● Provide corresponding DQ, IQ, OQ, FAT, SAT and SOP documents;

● Cooperate with users to do a good job of GMP certification. Provide corresponding supply list (and purchased parts list).

● The supplier's warehouse is equipped with sufficient common production spare parts.

● The Supplier shall ensure that when the Purchaser sends out a written notice requiring maintenance of the equipment, the Supplier shall give a telephone or written reply within 4 hours and arrive at the site for service within 24 hours.
